The HeartMath® Workshop

In this customizable workshop, attendees will examine their current situation to determine what emotions are depleting them on a daily basis. They will understand how to flip an internal switch in a moment of overwhelm and be able to bring their body back into center and balance. The workshop guides them through a process to understand why they are often tired, stressed, or depleted without knowing why.

HeartMath® science-based research has shown that, when in a state of internal coherence, you can experience a more optimal physiological state including the harmonious function of the body’s mental, emotional, and physical systems. You will learn and practice techniques that will allow you to self-regulate your emotions so that in the face of failure, setbacks, mistakes, and uncertainty, you will function from a controlled, relaxed, and centered place. Simple strategies that you will learn can be practiced in times of stress to recharge your battery, bring you clarity, and keep the situation from depleting you.
